Payment

Check your final bill, including any agreed discounts, before paying. Your booking confirmation indicates whether payment is due at the spa.

Before your treatment

Tell your therapist about allergies, pregnancy, injuries or other concerns that may affect your treatment. The team may recommend an adjustment or advise that a treatment is not suitable.
